as listed on your insurance Certificate/Policy sent to you.
If you need another copy, please email
certificates @ pafinsurance dot com and our processing
dept will send you another copy.
Check Status of an
To check status of
an existing claim, please contact your personal claims handler
at the insurance company direct. Their contact information
is listed at the bottom of your certificate next to
Surveyor/claims agent. You may also inquire to us by email
at: claims at
pafinsurance dot com
and we will forward directly to them.
Please note that we are not the
insurance company, we are a freight logistics company / freight
forwarder whom arranged this special freight insurance coverage
direct with the insurance company on your behalf. As such,
we and you must comply with the insurers requirements and their
legal claims protocol. We do not process or handle the claims.
Your claim is handled directly by the claims division of the
insurance company whom provided the coverage and you may
correspond with them directly.
